Can't progress past level 650 to next chapter
I can't progress past level 650 to the next chapter on my iPad. I got two passes from friends and need one more (and I know they've been sent because they said they have several times) but nothing comes in my messages. I've watched the video I saw posted and done everything on it (disconnecting and reconnecting to Facebook, make sure everything is up to date, etc.) and still nothing happens
The clock that says continue story in this many hours (been waiting like 4 days or so) got all the way down to 10 minutes then RESET to up to 12 hours!!!! And this happened more than once!
Like I said before, everything is up to date.... iPad is iOS 8.4, Candy Crush Saga is version 1.56.1, Facebook is version 34.0
Someone please help me!!! Partly because I. Really tired of typing this all out constantly asking for help. And all I ever get from King is an automated response telling me to ask my question here and I "may" resolve my issue here. Really? How about fixing the problems?!?!?

I have seen a lot of posts about this issue on the site. The best recommendation I've seen is to head over to King.com. If you get an account there you can sync with Facebook, send out the requests, progress and then you'll be past the roadblock. If you're eager to proceed then it''s the best option!
