Why do my boosters keep disappearing?

I have lost my boosters in the past mostly because of an update or if I had to uninstall and reinstall. However yesterday I lost all my boosters for no reason, they just disappeared. I normally wouldn't go to the trouble of looking into it but I am extremely frustrated. I collected the most I ever had and now they are gone. How can I get them back? It is not fair that this keeps happening especially since I am unable to contact anyone regarding this issue. I hope customer service replies instead of the auto response.

Mine disappeared also and it doesn't look like anyone answers questions here.  Also no special candies on level 1107 on my tablet.    Frustrated!
