Levels won't advance

on level 699 and 701 I reached the targets was told I had but it didn't advance I had to replay level 699 numerous times until I gain achieved the needed outcome before it would advance.  Same for level 701.  These are hard enough to have to achieve twice

I know from experience that this can happen now and then. The only thing you can really do is make sure that your phone or computer or whatever you are using is up to date with updates, software etc. Free up the memory, keep it running smoothly and hopefully you will stop this happening so often.
