I think this is stupid .the creators of these games should answer our questions instead of sending us here .Also they could attempt to fix the issues and /or compensate us with gifts or lives .Something would be nice .Also when spinning the wheel on CC it never stops on mega prize .It's wrong to have it on there if it is rigged and can't land on it.

I can assure you, even if you got through to their customer service department, it would not be a creator answering your questions!
I get where you are coming from, but personally I think they're going the right way by having created this space for everyone and anyone to post in, whether you are a customer or a player who doesn't spend a dime. Issues have come up on here, been picked up by mods and have been fixed actually!
