Why sometimes mobile versions are showing different versions?

Sometimes 

1071 sometimes as 40 moves

1072 sometimes has 30 moves like the fb version sometimes has 15 moves and sometimes 50 moves

1075 sometimes has 30 moves

1077 sometimes require 4 color bombs and 80 blue, 80 green like fb version and sometimes requires 5 color bombs and 100 blue, 100 green

1083 sometimes has 50 moves

1085 sometimes has 4 colors and 30 moves and sometimes 5 colors and 35 moves 

Is this a distribution problem?

Haven't heard of any issues with those levels. Please post some screenshots.
