Why is it so hard to get an ANSWER???

MANY, MANY are having the same problem on Candy Crush.  Want an answer from KING.

Everything is illegible and blocked with black outline behind graphics. What is the problem and why is it so hard to get an answer? If another user replies to a question, it gets marked as solved.  Ridiculous.

KING.COM customer service is worthless.  Why even provide a place to ask a question if you aren't going to bother helping?:
