Can't get app to load on my iPad

The app kept crashing so I deleted it and tried to reinstall it but now it won't load.  It gets about 3/4 of way downloading and just stays that way for days, says "loading."  Help!

    I think thats more of an app store issue Carrie. Do you have enough room on your phone to download the app again?
