Beat level 425 on Candy Crush but it won't let me move on

Yesterday on Aug. 31st 2015 I beat level 425 and should have progressed to the train station, but I waited and waited and nothing happened, so I refreshed the page thinking that it would take me back to the main menu where I could ask for train tickets. That didn't happen. I am frustrated beyond words, trying to RE-BEAT a level that was very hard to begin with. Can you please fix this for me?
