Level 551. Only getting 3 of the 5 ingredients dropped.

I've been stuck on this level for awhile but i'm only getting 2 of the 5 ingredients needed during the 40 moves and after my last move a 3rd one drops. What am I missing to get the 5 to drop during game play?
