You have to bring the ingriedients down to the bottom. Im clearing the candies but the ingriedients are not coming down allowing me to complete the level.

I just tried playing the level and it is working correctly now - both the cherry and the hazelnut can be triggered.

If you have the game on your mobile then you can play the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to Facebook and you should now be able to advance without any issues.
seems like these people are least bothered about fixing LEVEL 503.
STILL nothing! Sure is great dropping down plenty of bombs though!
I also have this problem, been stuck on this level since a couple of days now, cleared the board multiple times, no matter what I do the ingredients never drop.
I am currently playing candy crush saga.But i am struck in level 503 from a very long time.The reason being that hazelnuts and cherries are not even coming down in-spite of clearing the path.Because of this there is no way of passing this level.I have noticed that many people have faced the same problem but you still haven't made an effort to correct the problem.kindly do something or else you will lose many regular and valuable players.
I am having the same problem, like several others. This is really annoying me because it is impossible to complete this level when you are not getting the ingredients that are required. Please help.

Same thing is happening to me. I've cleared the path for ingredients to fall for 3 days now and none of them ever are dispensed. Very frustrating!

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
