Why doesn't the ingredient's drop on level 587?

I Play all 50 turns and not one ingredient shows up at all, what's up? I'v tried everything

In this level there are only 3 different Candies on the board which helps to create bigger combos on quite a restricted board. If the second ingredient does not appear after the first one exits, make a match as far to the right as possible to get the ingredient closer to the exit.
