Hello,

I've seen this question before and it looks like it can get resolved. I was playing Candy Crush Saga, on level 400, and upgraded my phone from a Galaxy S5 to a Galaxy S6. Now, when I play Candy Crush it has me starting from level 1 again. Also, I was not using Facebook.
