why was I pushed back to level 744 while I was playing quest 3 after level 755

I had passed level 755 and was on going on to my 3rd quest to unlock the next stage i.e. 756 I had issues and uninstalled and reinstalled candy crush and was taken back to level 744. I know my progress had been recorded as my boosters which I used on level 755 were returned

Chances are the last time your game was synced to either FB or Kingdom was when you were at level 744. This happened to me before and I lost 20 or so levels that i'd already completed as I didn't connect to Facebook before uninstalling and reinstalling.
