I was on level 391 and logged in on a friends mobile device and played my game. when my friend who is currently on level 691 logged back in her account it shows that I too am at level 691. logged out on mobile and even tried on computer thru facebook....please set me back to 391....thank you

The connect button is not a login option to access your account technically, it's a sync feature which uses your Facebook or Kingdom login in order to make the save of you local data to a server. As your friend was on level 691, the local data was synced to your server data when you connected to Facebook. The only option I know would be to start from scratch or just go down on the road map and play from level 300.
