app crashes when i try to open it

i've been trying to access the app on my phone, but every time i try to open it, it would "load", and then crash.  i've try restarting, but it didnt help.  please help!

    What Mobile do play on and what OS does it run QQninaQQ? Have you been playing with no problems up to now or is this after installation?

    iPhone 7plus iOS 10.3.2, I never had a problem til right before the update, I thought the new update would fix it but it didn't, pls fix.. thanks!
