Transferring games to a new phone

I have tried transferring games from Samsung III to V using Smart Switch.  The games are all now on Level 1 on the new phone.  How can I get them with current levels?

Hi Belinda!

Did you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes then all your progress will be stored there. All you will have to do is to start the game on your new mobile, then click on the blue 'Connect to Facebook' button followed by your login details and your progress will be available. Please notice that you should use up your boosters on the old mobile as they can't be transferred.
