I've gone to the yellow arrow at the bottom left of my screen and located my ID: 649214203.  Can you restore my game?

    How did you save your levels beforehand? Were you connected to Facebook or the Kingdom? Have you tried to reconnect to whichever one of these you were connected with, surely this would bring the levels back.
