You charged my mobile phone twice for 1 purchase. On 4/3/19 $9.99 was added twice to my mobile phone. Please credit my mobile phone for the credit of $9.99
I am on level 2708 and my new phone won’t carry this over I have tried all of the previous things mentioned and logged on to the website and shows 2708 also.
