Candy Crush Saga not loading anymore

I was at level 385. for some reason the game won't load. I see the word "loading" with the 3 dots but the dots are not flashing and then the game closes. Yesterday I updated my iphone and the game. I also restarted my iphone. I am not connected through facebook. I don't know why this happened. I even went to the app store and found Candy Crush and clicked "get" but it didn't work. Can you help??

Hi Susan,

Did you play connected to the Kingdom? That's a feature within the app where you can save your progress. 

What sort of iPhone (model) do you play on and what iOS version do you have installed on it?
