How do I get back all the lives/helps, tokens, etc I had which I lost during this last update?

I had many lives/helps and donuts and hammers and red hands and various tokens which ALL went down to zero during this most recent app update.  How do I get all of these back?  They were both earned/won from weeks of playing and some even purchased. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

If you purchased them then you only need to click on the 'restore purchases' button  in the settings for the app.
