I don't get it. The game can sync to remember if I spun the wheel in the last day but it can't sync to remember what boosters I've won with those spins? Seems like a cash grab to me. I have spent money on this game and do enjoy it, but at this point I'm thinking of calling it quits. You guys should fix this issue.

Its because the boosters are stored in the phone, so offline so to speak. Everything else is stored online, like progress etc. So if the game updates and  they have changed something, then its possible that it will reset any app information that's stored in your phone.

This has now happened twice to me as well, on Android devices.  It is very aggravating.  Although it keeps me at the correct level, it also gives messages about Sugar Drops and Dreamtime which I got long ago.  This is SO discouraging!!!!  Why bother to collect boosters if the game is just going to take them away??

It's pretty depressing when it happens, especially since you have spent time (collecting sugar drops) and money. I'm waiting for new levels to be issued, but will no longer be doing the sugar drops because it's pointless. It's happened the most the past 2 months.

Yep... and now my "advent calendar" of daily gifts is gone, so I know it's a poorly implemented software upgrade (well, downgrade) that trashed my boosters.  And I see they haven't answered any of y'alls questions either.  Guess they're happy leaving us Android folks powerless...
