Candy Crush on IPod Touch
I have recently purchased a refurbished IPod touch 4th generation as a birthday gift for an 11 year old. Tried loading Candy Crush and Soda Saga. Neither game will load past the orange screen. It says Loading.... then crashes. I have tried reinstalling, restarting, closing out all the other apps, and there is ample memory on this device. None of these fixes are working. These games state they are compatible with this device. If this is true, what is the fix to get them working properly?

The support section states that the app is supported on iOS devices with iOS 6 and later so maybe you need to update the software first? I found the information here: http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en
