Dreamworld level 370 is still blacked out. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the problem, It has been about 2 months now. Is there anyone who can help me fix this problem? Or get the big kings on it, at headquarters to help.

Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues.
