I am having the same problem, Explorer 10, UK I play, get to the save level having won the level I am on and get the error message. Very frustrating. I can clear the cache and it lets me play but does not save the result of the level.Thanks for posting on King Care and highlighting this to us. I am having exactly the same problem. as above on Windows 10 PC, Facebook on Firefox and Google Chrome as well as on the Beta App. I see this has been happening for at least 7 months. I hope you can answer and advise what the solution is and if there is any way a user can overcome this problem other than clearing the cache, rebooting, turning the modem off and on again, etc. It is extremely frustrating.
