All boosters gone! Please help!

Please help!

I have randomly lost all of my boosters which I have saved up for many months and I am completely devastated. Some were purchased with gold bars, others were won through the daily wheel and earned through the extra games/levels/sugar drops, etc.

I had around 12-14 hand switches and lollipop hammers, and at least 8-10 (but up to 15 or so) of each other booster (jellyfish, coconut wheels, colour bombs, stripe and wrapped candies, and the little pink tick ones). I am so upset! I save these and only use them for the hard levels and I can't understand why they have disappeared?

I have tried clicking "restore purchases" several times now, I've tried closing and restarting the app many times, even tried logging in and out of Facebook (which I am linked to), but nothing

Can you please tell me how to get these back?

This is just wrong. They take them away, but blame our device, all they want is for you to spend money. They say they are free, but our long years of playing this game, all the hours spent working on getting to another level apparently don't count. Truly hate a thief and that's what they did, they stole them.
