Why have all of my helpers/competiters and score disappeared

 all of the other characters are no longer visible and I cannot ask for help anymore. My name and icon appears alone in the left hand panel with just a row of question marks instead of a score. I am on level 61

    Hi Sylvia- Please could you upload a screenshot so that the community can see? Have you tried to play on more than one browser?
