The obvious reason to me is that it's not ready, I also think that that's why they don't give scheduled release dates.
They do seem to release them every 2 weeks on Wednesdays but that doesn't mean it's always going to be the case and hasn't been, especially for iOS. It's FB and King.com first, then usually Android followed by iOS.
