Problem with level 422?

After playing for several weeks, now the last few games does not have a tornado and also cannot get any ingredients; there is no meringue to clear on the top row.  Looks like some type of wooden tiles? Please help! Thank you.

I have save problem for over a week.  Uninstalled app and then reinstalled, but having same problem.  No Tornado and ingredients do not come down - meringue looks like wooden tiles.  Help!!

I have the same problem and I think it's terrible we have no way to contact King or Facebook to tell them about our problem!!!nobody is listening and I am out like for five days already which sucks since I am laid up and enjoy doing this while I am bedridden

Same here, same problem as you both have. Tried to contact King about 5 times and no response - just wondering if either of you have had any luck?
