Why arent my requests getting to people for tickets. Im sending them out and knowone is getting them

If your asking for tickets it shouldnt be only when you are online for that session thts stupid. My friend and i do these games on our ipad and ph you shouldnt have to clear your cache to get requests. The game wants you to buy. I have another friend when she gets to asking for tickets she doesnt need to she just goes straight thriugh so im sorry your answer isnt very good.
