Please help me recover my boosters?

All of my boosters disappeared.  I had a sizeable bank of several types of boosters and now it's like they don't exist. I went to the King customer service page to report the problem two times and a few days ago I received a generic return response e-mail directing me to this site. Please help me get my boosters restored.

    Please take a look at the search function on here, that's what the site is for after all. Just type in the word 'boosters' and you will see a lot of comments about the same thing. There is nothing we can do when this happens.

    Well that sucks. This just happened to me also. It would be nice if King.com had a better solution to this issue instead of "sucks to be you!" >:(
