Doing a soft reset may help by disconnecting your profile to the game and adding a new. When you're on Facebook Homepage you should see a list of your apps on the left hand side. When you hover over Candy Crush you should see the option to remove, once you've done that close your browser completely and open it again, go to FB and add the game again. It might be a good idea to install the game a new on your phone as well just in case any files have been damaged.
