On November 7, I lost all my boosters and would like to know how to restore them.

On November 7 I lost all my boosters and would like to know how to restore them. If this is a programming issue it needs to be corrected and the items restored to each user. I have had this happen a few times but this time I lost a large number of items and have not been able to get any back. This may result in the loss of players if it is not corrected.

I don't believe it's a programming issue. I'd rather say we shouldn't be saving up so many boosters, but use them instead if we don't want to lose them all. It seems to be related to temporary data files (doesn't sound too confident for long term saving I'd say!); https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-did-my-boosters-disappear
