Candy Crush Level 422 - The drop machines at the top are not breaking up or allowing apples to drop.

The boxes at the top will not break up or let any apples drop.  Others have the same issue.  Happens on iPhone, iPad and my PC.  it worked once or twice and now it is broken on all 3 devices.  I am not sure what to do.
