Has happened before. Loads to 89% then nothing. Now loading to 100% but not opening. Before I managed to open in another brower and okay. Now that wont work either.

Hi Carol,
Have you cleared cache on your PC? Do a restart too.
As a browser, I'd use Google Chrome. You can also try in incognito mode.
Important is to remain closed all other programs and tabs.
