Why won't candy crush dreamworld let me pass level 20

I just scored 269,140 on level 20 of dreamworld. You only need 60,000 in 30 tries.  It keeps telling me you failed score 268140 You did not reach the target score.  This is the third time I have surpassed 60,0000.

    How far have you progress in the normal world Sue? Normally the levels in Dreamworld get unlocked once the full episode is completed in the normal world, so to play level 21 it's necessary that you've completed all the levels in Candy Factory first.
