Level 1304
On iPad version the time bombs are only 9. This is different to the PC version. Why have King made this so impossible to play on iPad as well as the high target to beat? King never answers questions on these issues and I find it extremely bad manners of King to offer a website for game players to pose their questions, yet they never offer explanations for these kind of issues.

It's because they are on different platforms, even though the game looks identical, I've found that it's not always the case. It makes sense though as the levels are made for PC platform, then the levels get converted and optimised for the mobile and tablet (hence the gap between new level releases across platforms, FB and King.com being the first to get them).
Some levels have been easier to pass on PC while it was super hard on Mobile, sometimes vice versa.
