I am on level 153 and have been trying for two days now to access that level but an error message keeps coming up so I am unable to continue with the game

The error is I0 .....I deleted game and reinstalled it and same problem.I am playing on my laptop,If you say what the error message says I'm sure we can help you out. Oh, and what platform are you playing on!?
