Why cant I get emails/train tickets???

For one week now when I request train tix on Candy Crush, I am not getting them for 3-4 days!  I am at another train now and the same thing is happening again   My friends are sending tjem but im not receiving them.  I am so frustrated!

I have been having same issues. I play on iPad & iPhone usually. But I logged into fb today and played cc there and it progressed to next episode.
