on candy crush and candy soda every time I hit the chocolate candy

every time I hit the chocolate candy on candy crush or candy soda the game will freeze and I have to go out of it, so far I won't hardly even play candy crush anymore because of this. Please fix, I do enjoy playing but its not fun with it like this. thank you

Hey Joy, normally when the game freezes up its due to the Flash player you are using, it takes up a lot of memory. 

I recommend upgrading your flash player, closing all your programs and maybe even trying a new browser to see if this will help you with the crashing issue.
