Has it been the same since you reinstalled it? There's another way to reset the connection between the game and Facebook which could help.
You need to disconnect FB from the game, then log out of the FB app on your mobile and uninstall it (you can reinstall it once this is all done). Next you need to open up a web browser, open up FB and login. Once you've done that open the game and tap on Connect and the web browser will pop up then sign you in. This has been effective for a few people in my group but it's no a silver bullet, let me know how it goes!
