My boosters nor my mail will show

My iPad Air 2 will not show all my boosters or mail( the life's that I have asked friends for) I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times and it still won't work however I can log in with my galaxy and they are there. Can someone please help me I enjoy the game but it's driving me crazy... Candy crush is the game..

When you do a reinstall all the local data is wiped so they're lost now, only gold bars and progress get synced to FB or Kingdom, all the rest stays local. It's pretty common for the lives messages to disappear after a short while, on FB they get wiped every time you start playing again so at least you can have them for a while on mobile! I've only heard of purchased boosters being refunded so if they we're free items don't get your hopes too much.
