Why do I keep getting error messages with a long number when attempting to buy gold bars?

When I try again it says no money was removed from my microsoft account. It happens on every king.com game

Use a search engine and put the number in, see what comes up. Maybe your card associated with the account is the issue? If its happening on all games it could be. Check your account details.
