If this didn't help, then do the following:
Make sure you connect to your Facebook or your Kingdom account from within the Candy Crush Saga app. This way you synchronize your progress.
Reinstall the app at this point, connect to your Facebook or Kingdom account from within the app and try to play level 127 again now.
At least I thought it had. Level 127 is still 'collect all orders' not five this time. I've followed all steps many times now but still the same result.Did you check for updates for your tablet and apps?
