why does the game keep knocking me out either when I am playing or just logging in

when I play the game (Candy Crush) the game turns off. It happens a lot lately. It can happen when I first log on or while playing the game. I have unistalled the game waited abit then reinstalled the game and still happens to me. I have the game on my cell phone. I am on level 875 I don't know if I have the problem because I am so far or??? I am missing playing the game and hope it can be fixed asap Thank you for your time. ~Charmaine

Hey Charmaine, what phone do you have? Do you have a lot of apps open or is your phone full? These 2 things can affect how the apps on your phone run. Check also that you have the latest software for your phone
