candy crush is loading but not proceeding further after pressing play button

candy crush is loading but showing some msg with king symbol and 3 green bars and not proceeding further and there is no written msg, even if i m pressing the bars it's not going further, even i an not able to see my last level. i guess i was around 1327 or so, plz help me to solve it.

If I ever have issues with a game freezing up the first thing I do is force close it and restart my phone, always. This has worked for me quite a bit. I've also been guilty of having a lot of apps open which east up the memory! This is also something you can check out.
I would also recommend checking the app store, make sure you have the latest version of the app!
