My phone app and Facebook will not sync anymore

I'm signed on Candy Crust with Facebook on my phone, but when I play on my phone, my scores and completed levels will not sync with Facebook on the computer. I've deleted the app and added it back and even now have a new phone and tablet and nothing syncs anymore.
