not getting lives

in Support
not getting credit for any lives, only get 5 not matter how many i get. if friends send 4 i only get 5 instead of 9. how is this fixed?

You can only have a maximum of 5 current lives King Solomon, no matter how many message you get that will never increase. If you already have 5 lives just keep the messages unread until you need them. The thing with the messages though is that they will disappear when you close the game, so in the group I play we always make sure to accept all before closing the game so that at least the person who sent you a life will get one back, if not it's a wasted opportunity when the messages disappears and lives end up going back and forth more frequently.
