I paid for several gold bars, and products ( candy bombs, fish, candy switchers, and several other items.) I had to replace my phone and when I re-downloaded the app some of the gold bars were on there, but none of the other things I purchased were. I want to know why and if they wont be replaced, I want to know what I can do to get a refund.

    Hi Audra!

    Boosters and lives are stored locally on your mobile and can't be transferred.

    I suggest you either use them from your old mobile or that you do a complete backup of your old mobile - then restore the game data to your new mobile.
