How do I pass level 1364?

I have been working on this level for such a long time. I've tried boosters and looking at tips, but I can't even get close to passing 1364. HELP!

I'm not there yet but do what I do when I get stuck. Go to youtube and sit and watch what others do. Hopefully this will help:
