Why can't you fix level 1347 in Candy Crush????

I have been playing this round for the last two weeks and every time I get a good combination and get close to finishing the round it completely freezes up!  Nothing else is frozen, but the round will not continue to play.  It just blinks and blinks until I refresh and restart the game.  I see several complaints about the same round with no resolution!!!!
